SENATE BILL NO. 2 "An Act enacting the Interstate Mining                                                                        
Compact and relating to the compact; relating to the Interstate Mining                                                          
Commission; and providing for an effective date" was read the third

consent to be shown as cosponsors on the bill. Without objection, it
